Glarros Oldtown Hotel - Tbilisi

I had a pleasant stay at Glarros Oldtown with my 8-year-old dog. The clean, comfortable rooms, although slightly small, featured cozy beds that made for restful nights. The breakfast and dinner were consistently excellent, while the staff were friendly and accommodating. With just a short walk to Freedom Square and Maidan Square, we enjoyed exploring the charming neighborhood, making beautiful memories together.

Absolutely loved the central location! It made exploring the area super easy. The staff were very good, especially Ms. Tamo. Breakfast was a highlight-so much variety and all delicious. Our room had a cozy ambiance.

The property has a the best location, really close to the major sightseeing areas and old town and all tourist activities.

Our check-in was severely mishandled as we were told upon arrival that they were fully booked. Attempts to resolve our issues were met with indifference.

I stayed 2 nights in a Beautiful King Room, and everything was fantastic! The breakfast spread was rich with options, and the staff really stood out, especially Luka and Lasha. The hotel's modern design and cleanliness were great. Amazing location for exploring local attractions. I'll be back for sure 😊

We were promised breakfast, but on our last day, they kicked us out rudely, claiming it wasn't included. Total embarrassment! The staff had no clue about our bookings-it was chaos!

The hotel is located in the heart of Old City. Our room was verynice and neat. The star of our experience was Ms. Tamo. Her friendliness and assistance with local taxi bookings were really good. The ambiance of the hotel is lively, and you'll notice it right from the entrance.
